  11. the bandwidth throtte cycle is the big one if you have a good pc that have alot of ram 
  12. set it at 50 m/s   if not live it at 250 m/s  if you try it at 50 m/s and your pc shuts 
  13. after some uses reset it back to 250 m/s

  15. if the user that you are downloading from has there set up like this and you have your 
  16. set the same i have gotten downloads as high as 150 k/s for shore turms then they drop
